This is designed to be used on either an independent basis by individual users seeking to learn more about human rights and business dilemmas - or as a tool to help discipline experts within companies and other organisations deliver training to their colleagues in an engaging and interactive way.
The Training Tools use practical dilemmas scenarios based on real-world situations faced by multi-national companies operating in emerging markets and elsewhere. This includes, for example:
- Initial steps to be considered when facing a dilemma situation
- Identification of potential stakeholders in the situation, their priorities and the risks that they pose
- Analysis of potential actions to take - and the associated risks and opportunities posed
- Analysis of how best the dilemma could have been avoided in the first place
